NZ Transit Buzz announces merger with the Jim’s Group

An important update from the NZ Transit Buzz family.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - 1 APRIL 2025

After successfully launching NZ Transit Buzz in June 2023, NZ Transit Buzz is now proud to announce that, after extended discussions with Jim Penman (CEO of Jim’s Mowing) we are merging with the Jim’s Group to offer franchises for the Transit Buzz brand around the world, managed by the Jim’s Group.

Grady Weatherley-Connell (Author and owner of NZ Transit Buzz) is excited to see the Transit Buzz brand around New Zealand as well as around the world.

We have already had inquiries from an individual in Australia who is keen to take the Transit Buzz brand over the ditch, and we are pleased to announce these conversations are progressing well with an expected launch of Jim’s (Aussie) Transit Buzz due in Q2 2025.

Jim’s (NZ) Transit Buzz will continue to operate as normal, and the standards and processes will become standard operating procedures for any future Transit Buzz brands.
